Viper is an escaped convict who Ms. Simonson claims to be the best "snuffer" in town. When Pickle and Peanut went to play in the sandbox they heard someone singing underneath the sand they thought it was a Sand Elf and were hoping to wish for a much better playground however it turns out it was an escapee who tunneled from the prison right next to the kid's preschool. He then attempted to "snuff (the kids) out" but had to escape quickly with Simonson to Cabo. The kids eventually foiled their plans and caused their helicopter to crash which allowed for their capture to prison.
